一、閥門的安裝要求!

1、安裝閥門前，仔細(xì)檢查所用閥門的型號、規(guī)格是否與設(shè)計相符;

2、根據(jù)閥門型號和出廠說明，檢查閥門是否能在要求的條件下使用;

3、起吊閥門時，繩索應(yīng)系在閥體與閥蓋的法蘭連接處，不得系在手輪或閥桿上，以免損壞閥桿、閥桿和轉(zhuǎn)向車輪;

3. When lifting the valve, the rope should be tied to the flange connection between the valve body and the valve cover, and should not be tied to the handwheel or valve stem to avoid damaging the valve stem, valve stem, and steering wheel;

4、水平管道安裝閥門時，閥桿要垂直向上，不能向下;

5、安裝閥門時，不允許采用強(qiáng)制配合連接，以免因受力不均而損壞;

二、閥門的保養(yǎng)要求!

1、安裝閥門前將管道中的灰塵、焊渣等雜質(zhì)清理干凈;

2、管道連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與閥門連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致，使用條件與閥門性能一致。

3、安裝時要詳細(xì)了解閥門的性能和特點(diǎn);

4、閥門安裝空間應(yīng)人性化，便于維護(hù)和維修。

5、為避免螺絲、螺栓松動造成漏水，使用前要擰緊每顆螺絲;

7、閥門啟閉異常，要查明原因，排除故障，不得采用敲打、折斷等方法強(qiáng)行啟閉。

8、訂貨合同中無特殊說明的電動和氣動閥門只能在室內(nèi)垂直安裝。

9、管道施工完成后，應(yīng)打開管道內(nèi)所有閥門，清除殘留污物。
